This is the download page for
HIGH SCHOOLS.
INTRODUCTION
(Please read this entire introduction, down to the double lines, before proceeding.)
Coaches - this website has been developed as a FREE service
for schools who are hosting a meet that provides FAT timing,
and for coaches who are attending meets that use FAT timing.
This service is built around the use of Hy-Tek's software called
Team Manager Lite.
This software is free from Hy-Tek.
See the download link below.
You can download this software
on your computer at home or work
and type your athletes into the software.
You can then export a FILE that contains your Track Roster.
Once you have your roster exported out of Team Manager Lite (as a FILE),
it can then be emailed to TrackRoster.com. Once your FILE is emailed
to TrackRoster.com, it can be posted on the respective Team Code page
which will make it available as a download for Hy-Tek Meet Manager.
We cannot type your athletes into this FREE software for you.
You must do this yourself. We will help you if you have any
problems or questions. (Use this link for help: help@trackroster.com)
Instead of coaches having to submit team rosters multiple
times throughout the year, this FREE Hy-Tek sotware
and the service provided through this unique website
enables coaches to submit their roster 1 time (at the
beginning of the season). From that time on, any
host school that is providing FAT timing can
simply come to this website and download
the Team Manager file(s) for your team
(once they know you're attending their meet).
There is no cost to individual teams,
and there's no cost to the schools
that are hosting the track meets.
So, if you're asked to submit your team
roster(s) to a host school, you can now do so
by using this website and Hy-Tek's Team Manager Lite.
You will need to download Hy-Tek's (free) Team Manager Lite on your computer.
You can then type your athletes into Team Manager Lite on your computer.
Once you have put your athletes into Team Manager Lite, you can then e-mail
your team roster file(s) from your computer to TrackRoster.com. We will then
post your Track Roster (files) on this website on the appropriate page according
to your school's classification. Schools that are hosting a track meet, that are
using FAT timing and Hy-Tek Meet Manager, can then download your track
roster (files) from this website to be used in their FAT timing computers.
(Detailed instructions are provided below for downloading and using Team Manager Lite.)
We also provide all of the "follow-up" services you'll need during
the season. For example, if you need to add athletes to your
roster - an email link is provided for your convenience.
Once your roster is submitted, we'll make all of your
changes (during the rest of the season) for you.
Simply e-mail us your changes, using the
link below, and we do the rest
for you - at no cost.
(Our normal e-mail response time is 24 hours, or less.)
If you plan to submit your Track Rosters to TrackRoster.com
for the outdoor season, we highly encourage you to do so no later than
March 31ST.
There are approximately 400 OSSAA member schools. We will not be able
to process that many track rosters during the week of the regional meets
and have them published on the website in time for the regional hosts.

After you have completed the printed instructions (above),
which will include downloading Team Manager Lite
and completing your new Track Roster file(s),
return to this page to email your file(s) to
TrackRoster.com
(Step #5 on page 2 will instruct you to return to this page.)
Use the (blue) "add-roster" link (below) to email your roster (file).
The printed instructions (revised 3-17-08) will guide you through the process.

Use this email link to submit your Track Roster file(s).
(Your Team Roster file(s) must be completed by using the
printed instructions before they can be submitted to this email address.)
After you click on this email link, an email window will appear. You will next need to locate
your Team Roster (files) on your computer that you are going to ATTACH to this email.
If you're not familiar with how to locate the FILES on your computer and/or how
to ATTACH the files to this email, click on the following "Help Document".

If your Track Roster (file) does not appear on TrackRoster.com
within 48 hours,
please contact us to make sure it has been received.
Once your Team Roster (file) has been received,
it will be linked on the "H.S. Codes" page on this website.
This will enable your Team Roster to be imported into Hy-Tek's
Track & Field Meet Manager, which is the meet software used by most
FAT timing companies as well as OSSAA for the regional and state track meets.
This process will enable coaches to submit rosters one time, at the first of each track season,
instead of having to FAX or e-mail their rosters multiple times to the individual schools who are using
FAT timing at their invitational track meet(s). Your rosters and support are GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Remember, this is not the full version of Hy-Tek Team Manager. The
"Lite" version was developed as a way to submit team rosters and entries
to meet officials and hosts, therefore reducing the data input workload
and errors. Another limitation of Team Manager-Lite is that the
maximum number of meets that can be set up is three. If you
are interested in using Team Manager on a regular basis
as part of your coaching tools, you might consider
purchasing the full version. OSSAA has now
standardized with Hy-Tek meet software.
As an OSSAA member school, you are
now entitled to a discount on all of
your Hy-Tek software purchases.

If you have any changes (especially additions) after you have submitted your team's initial roster for the season,
we will make ALL subsequent changes (additions and deletions) for you at no cost.
If at any time during the season, you need to make a change on your roster,

we will take care of the rest for you.

roster, for a small fee, we'll take care of it for you.

and we will take care of the entire process for you.
